    In these GTC, hereinafter referred to as: Service provider.

2. Concepts

  • Website: a www.liftoff.hu domain and its subdomains.

  • User: any visitor or registered user of the Website.

  • Customer/Customer: a natural or legal person who has entered into a contract with the Service Provider.

  • Services: office use, meeting room and desk reservations, mailing address services, ancillary office services provided in the context of the "Liftoff Coworking Office" (collectively: Services).

  • Contract: an individual/framework contract or online reservation for the Services.

3. Subject matter, scope and adoption of the GTC

3.1 These GTC contain the contractual conditions between the Service Provider and the User/Customer for the Services available on the Website and in the physical office.
3.2. The personal scope of the GTC shall apply to all Users; the subject matter of the GTC shall apply to all Services provided by the Service Provider; the territorial scope of the GTC shall be Hungary.
3.3 By using the Website, registering, booking or entering into a contract, the User accepts the GTC.
3.4 The Service Provider may unilaterally modify the GTC; the modification shall enter into force upon publication on the Website. Existing contracts shall not be adversely affected by the amendment.

4. Related regulations

4.1. Privacy Notice: the processing of personal data is governed by a separate document (available on the Website under "Privacy Policy").
4.2. Cookie rules: the use of cookies on the Website may be governed by a separate policy.
4.3 Legal background: the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce, Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) on distance contracts between consumers, the GDPR and relevant sectoral legislation.

5. Brief description of the services provided

  • Coworking and office services (flexible table / fixed table / day ticket / meeting room / event space).

  • Business address service (postage, notification, receipt).

  • Additional services: printing, locker, community events, etc.
    The exact content and fees are set out in the individual offer, policy or information published on the Website.

6. Registration, login, account

6.1 Registration and account creation may be a condition for booking and using the Service. The User must provide true and accurate data.
6.2 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her access data. The Service Provider shall not be liable for unauthorized use.

7. Establishment and procedure of the contract

7.1. Online booking: the User selects the service/date on the Website, enters his/her details, accepts the GTC and the Privacy Policy, and then makes the reservation. The Service Provider sends an automatic confirmation.
7.2. Individual contract: mailing address service, longer-term rental or package, the parties shall conclude a written contract.
7.3 The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the booking/order and the parties sign the individual contract.

8. Prices, fees, billing, payment

8.1. The fees net/gross shall be indicated in accordance with the applicable legislation; invoicing shall be subject to the tax and accounting obligations of the Service Provider.
8.2. Payment methods: [bank transfer] / [debit card on the spot] / [online card payment] / [other: ...].
8.3. Payment deadline: [ 60 ] days after the invoice is issued, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, interest and costs for late payment may be charged in accordance with the Civil Code.
8.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the prices; confirmed reservations are not affected by the price modification.

9. Booking, entry, cancellation and modification

9.1 Access to and use of the office is subject to compliance with the house rules.
9.2. Resignation: the User may modify or cancel the booked appointment as follows:

  • Meeting / event space: free cancellation before the start [48] until; [48] within hours [50%], [24] within hours [100%] Penalty.

  • Day ticket / table: cancellation before the start [24] free of charge until; [24] within hours [100%] Penalty.
    9.3. No-show [100%] entails the payment of a fee.
    9.4 The cancellation/termination of the mailing address service and longer-term subscriptions is subject to the terms of the individual contract.

10. Consumer right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

10.1 If the Customer Consumers, may, as a general rule, withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
10.2. Exceptions (Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)):

  • service already provided;

  • a service started at the express request of the consumer, the pro rata charge for the service is payable;

  • leisure activity for a specific day/time (this may include office or room use for a specific time).
    10.3. The Service Provider will send a sample cancellation notice upon request. In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider will reimburse the balance within 14 days at the latest, taking into account the consumer's obligations to reimburse costs.

11. Rules of the house, proper use

11.1 The User is obliged to use the office and equipment as intended, to comply with the house rules and the fire and occupational safety regulations.
11.2 The User shall be liable for any damage caused by the User; the Service Provider shall be entitled to claim damages.
11.3. No unlawful activity that is offensive to public taste or disturbing to others is allowed.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1 The Service Provider shall provide its services with due care and diligence.
12.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for the safekeeping of objects and equipment brought into the office (safekeeping of valuables only by special agreement).
12.3. Except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent damage, the Service Provider is liable for. direct, proven damage up to the amount of the service in dispute [1] up to the amount of your monthly fee. It is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, etc.).
12.4. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss of service due to force majeure (e.g. network, utility, official restrictions).

13. Intellectual property

13.1 The Website and related content are protected by copyright.
13.2 The User may use the content of the Website for his/her own non-commercial purposes; any other use requires the written permission of the Service Provider.

14. Data protection

14.1. Privacy Notice (available on the Website).
14.2 Providing the personal data required for the booking/performance may be a precondition of the Contract.

15. Complaints handling, dispute resolution

15.2 The Service Provider shall reply to the complaint in writing within 30 days at the latest.
15.3. Consumer enforcement:

  • Conciliation Board: the territorial conciliation body of the place of residence (in Budapest: Budapest Conciliation Board).

  • Consumer Protection Authority: government agencies.

  • Court Road: according to the Civil Code.

  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): the platform of the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).

16. Duration and termination of the contract

16.1 One-off services shall cease upon performance.
16.2 The fixed term lease/mailing address service will be terminated at the end of the term; extraordinary termination is possible in cases of serious breach of contract.
16.3. Period of ordinary notice of termination of a contract of indefinite duration: [30] day (in writing).
16.4 In the event of non-payment of fees or breach of the house rules, the Service Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect.

17. Electronic communication, notifications

17.1 The conclusion of the contract and communication may also be carried out electronically. The User agrees to use an e-mail address at which he/she can receive notifications.
17.2 Automatic confirmation is an important step in the conclusion of the contract; it is the User's responsibility to set up the spam/junk filter.

18. Delegation, subcontractor

18.1 The Service Provider shall be entitled to use a subcontractor for the performance of its services (e.g. hosting/server provider DEVBOX Kft., 7054 Tengelic, Rákóczi Ferenc u. 9., Cg. 17-09-010568, Tax number: 25170605-2-17).

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1 These GTC and the individual contracts shall be governed by Hungarian law.
19.2 The parties shall settle their disputes primarily by amicable means; if this is unsuccessful, the court of the Service Provider's domicile shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules of consumer jurisdiction.

20. Final provisions

20.1 The invalidity of any provision of the GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
20.2 The text of the GTC is permanently available and can be downloaded from the Website.
20.3 These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of publication and shall remain in force until revoked.

 

Payment by credit card (Barion):

Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details are not passed to the merchant. The system uses a secure channel and is automated. The financial service provider
only receive the card details provided by the Customer for the payment transaction on the payment page with 128-bit SSL encryption. The payment details
personal data and information on the content of the purchase are not communicated to the financial service provider. On the other hand, the data content of the payment page is
Service providers are not informed either, they can only be accessed by the financial service provider. The result of the transaction will be communicated to the financial service provider after the payment. The cardholder
for payment, the Customer's internet browser must support SSL encryption. The amount paid as the total amount of the order will be immediately blocked on the Customer's
in your current account. If you choose this payment method, the Customer must wait for the Service Provider to confirm the order and should not initiate the transfer until then.
The Service Provider will launch the package after the purchase price has been credited to your account.

Payment of the purchase price can be made by valid credit card using the Barion Payment system. After submitting the order, the system will redirect to the Barion payment page. Once the system has been forwarded, the payment is subject to the provisions of the Barion General Terms and Conditions. Payment can be made using the types of credit card indicated on the Barion website, via the online card acceptance terminal (VPOS) (Barion). Here, the name on the credit card, the card number, expiry date and validation code (CVC2 or CVV2) must be entered for payment. After entering the credit card details, the Customer starts the transaction by clicking on the "Pay" button. The BARION site will send an electronic confirmation of the successful payment.

The Customer acknowledges that his/her personal data stored by the Service Provider in the user database of www.neleta.hu will be transferred to Barion Payment Inc. as a data processor. The following data are transmitted by the Service Provider: name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number. The nature and purpose of the data processing activities carried out by the data processor are described in the Barion Data Processing Information Notice.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer (Subscriber) expressly gives his/her consent to the Service Provider to apply the subscription fee from his/her credit card, using the BARION system, on a recurring basis, according to the subscription period.

Recurring payment by credit card (hereinafter "Recurring Payment") is a function of the credit card acceptance provided by BARION, which means that in the future, new payments can be made using the credit card details provided by the Customer during the registration transaction without having to provide the credit card details again.

For Recurring Payments, by accepting this document, you agree that subsequent payments initiated in this webshop (www.neleta.hu) after a successful registration transaction will be initiated by the Service Provider without the need to re-enter your credit card details and without your consent per transaction.

Please note(!): bank card data is processed in accordance with the card company's rules. Neither the Service Provider nor BARION has access to the credit card data.

The Service Provider is directly liable for repeated payment transactions initiated by the Service Provider in error or illegally, and any claims against the Service Provider's payment service provider (BARION) are excluded.

Payment using the BARION service: Barion's service allows you to pay online from the balance available on your Barion registration or from the credit card registered to it. Once the Customer has selected the product in the Service Provider's webshop and chosen Barion for payment, the webshop will redirect the Customer to the Barion site. In order to pay, the Customer must log in to the Barion interface and then authorise the payment to be deducted from the Barion balance. Barion is an international e-commerce (cashless payment services) financial organisation. Barion's system maintains an electronic account for its customers, which the customer can top up from a bank account. This makes online shopping simple and secure, and the user name and password are all that is required to make a payment.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any errors that may occur during payment by credit card and Barion. When paying, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that he/she is entitled to use the payment method and means provided and that the payment details provided are true and accurate.

The Service Provider declares that in the case of payment by credit card and Barion, it does not process, collect, store or access in any way any data necessary for the payment transaction. Otherwise, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall apply to the processing of personal data.

The Service Provider, in compliance with its legal obligations, draws the Customer's attention to the fact that the contractual declaration (ordering a product or course) entails a payment obligation in favour of the Service Provider.

The order will be fulfilled only after payment of the purchase price.

The Customer agrees that the invoice issued for the product or course will be sent to the electronic mail address provided by the Customer. The Customer must ensure that the invoice can be delivered electronically and that technical settings (e.g. firewalls) do not prevent this. In the event of a change of electronic mail address, the Customer must notify the Service Provider by electronic mail.
